Reservations and online bookings
Iftar Reservations:
• All Iftar reservations must be made online and paid in advance. Guests with an online reservation will be given priority on seating and reservations will be held until 8pm after which they will be cancelled and declared as “no show”. We do allow walk-ins for Iftar, however, seating is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.
• All booking payments are considered final and unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds once paid.
Suhour Reservations:
• All Suhour reservations must be made and paid for in advance to guarantee reservations, which will be held up until 10:15 pm. Guests who have a confirmed reservation and arrive after 10:15 pm, will be given priority on the waiting list.
• There is a minimum spend of AED 500, excluding shisha, on weekdays (Sunday to Thursday) and a minimum spend of AED 800, excluding shisha, on weekends (Friday and Saturday)
• All booking payments are considered final and unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds once paid.
• Suhour and shisha service starts at 9:00 pm. In accordance with the UAE law, children under the age of 18 and pregnant women are required to leave The Majlis by 9:00 pm.
General Online Reservation Terms & Conditions:
• A minimum spend is applicable for Suhour bookings and a fixed price is applicable for Iftar reservations. Please refer to the relevant section on the majlis.ae for prices.
• All online payments are considered final and a no-refund policy applies on all bookings.
• Dubai World Trade Centre has the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any point, without prior notice.

Your use of this Website and our reservation system indicates your irrevocable agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

• This website is governed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of the Emirate of Dubai in the United Arab Emirates shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of your use of this website.
